Quote from: ))))(((( on February 24, 2024, 08:46:17 AMI'm not sure if to be concerned or not that Buzz says he wants to do at least 2 more Melvins albums. He made it sound like that could be it then

yeah, probably that wasn't a good choice

I don't think it has been performed live, consider that in 2013 they used to play with Big Biz i guess

So i've been wondering if more shows will be announced at some point. Usually the band do a lot of gigs per year but as it stands it's just 9 shows for March in Australia, New Zealand and Japan and then Buzz with 45 shows in August and September with KingDunn. 4 months off between those tours doesn't seem very Melvins. Although i do recall Trevor saying they would be doing a month in Europe too. So maybe that's in Summer or in October.

i think Dale will be busy with Redd Kross this summer. some Dale Crover bands dates too maybe?

the more i listen the more i like it, pretty heavy..high expectations on this album. love Buzz vocals . checked the new Dale interview before, looks like they've been working a lot on the early takes of this album, which turned out totally different as final result.i like this approach

I like how for every release they say it's the most unconventional ever and then it sounds exactly as you could expect from a Melvins (recent) release both in term of songwriting and production.  Obviously i'm loving it! :)

i think that  could mean two things, Redd Kross touring and/or Dale still not ready to perform live

Steven said the new Redd Kross is almost done, a fan asked if Dale was drumming on it and he replied not because he was still recovering when they started but he will be back on drums later this year
