Melvins Discussion / Favourite Melvins monster-song
« on: March 22, 2007, 05:54:30 PM »
The dialectic respons to Schnabels short Melvins-tunes thread.

Less (and probably more predictable) choices:

Favourite Melvins song of 10 minutes or more.

I remember that interview myself. But Buzz has also stated that he lies a lot in interviews

Can that interview be found on the internet somewhere? Because I remember him stating 'the internet is full of lies'.

I just came across this, and remembered this post. Here it is: http://www.themelvins.net/wiki/index.php?title=The_Melvins_sell_out%21

It`s reached $47 already, and there`s more than two days left of the auction. I wanted that copy  so I kinda cursed you in silence for announcing it here Glen, but I guess it would have gone far above my reach anyways :p

Post your favourite lines of poetry from the king.

here`s two that always make me laugh or atleast smile:

'I hate misery and it`s no wonder' - Manky

'I say I can`t but I really mean I won`t' - Boris

Both got a point, and miss one.

I'll bet money you are incorrect.  They do not believe in Satan.   Contact the COS, and they'll confirm what I'm saying.  There's no use discussing this anymore until you actually contact them.
This is true but satanism doesn`t neccesarily equal LaVeys group, wich is atheistic, one might call it magical hedonism perhaps, some say humanism would be better name than satanism.  Other groups like Temple of Set do, in some way. Their website is kinda cool: http://www.xeper.org/. CapteinPungent has got a point thogh,  but actually only concerning satanism from a christian point of view(the terminology is usually christian satanists ), wich is quite rare or non-existent, not from the point of view of the majority of those who choose to call themselves satanists. All you have to do is think he`s a cool character, I guess. Philosophy  might agree but the science of religion will not:)
