Melvins Album Discussion / Re: The Crybaby

'gi joe' is the only one I don't like. I don't always listen to hank III. all the other songs are solid gold in my ears.  I can't believe more people don't seem to like the godzik pink part! I just listened to 'divorced' last night with earphones and it was like hearing it for the first time.

"Divorced contains performances by the band Tool, as well as a conversation between Tool drummer Danny Carey and frontman Maynard James Keenan."

that's from wikipedia so you can take it with a grain of bullshit but I still don't think either one of those voices sounds like buzz.

I'm including dead guys so Frank Zappa, Al Stewart, Prince, Angelo Badalamenti, Flaming Lips, Arcade Fire, Captain Beefheart, 50 Million, Dinosuar Jr./J. Mascis, Trans Am, Pavement, Negativland, Morphine, and some huge jazz metal fusion with Miles Davis to name but a few

christian metal band Believer has a song called dies irae that I really enjoy, I think they used it on one of the CKY videos. I would post a link but I'm not the technophile in the family. try this copy paste (www.youtube.com/watch?v=8W7YZorod_0) of a high school project

neither one of the voices at the end sound like buzz to me, I thought it was maynard and danny or at least one tool talking to another

I actually prefer how-++-harry lauders played together. Anyway I used to work graveyard at a gas station, and teresa screams would always scare the living shit out of the customers, so that was good.

What about when they were playing those live shows of Eggnog and Lysol? I'd kill for live cds of both of those, they're like my favorite albums.
