Hey everyone.
I've been a Melvins fan for about 2 years now (I guess right before I saw them with Unsane.) and I was never really interested in their limited edition stuff until now. The sad thing is, I've had to miss them play in my city the last two times they came around, and I assume that their shows are the best place to buy vinyl. Anyways, are there any places where you can buy stuff without outrageous prices? What should I get first? When and how did you all start your collections?
I'd really really rather not have to use eBay unless I get lucky.
Thanks!

Let's see the answer to this question worldwide:

http://www.popsike.com/php/quicksearch.php?pagenum=1&searchtext=melvins&incldescr=&sortord=dprice&thumbs=&currsel=

(Granted I think these are some extreme auction results)

think there is only one thing on that list that was me who bought it, and im at the very bottom, so one more high price item, and im only on page two for highest price on an auction site.
but i have multiple higher ones that werent done on no auction site so they dont show here.

thanks for the kind words.

i would like to say i play ALL my records, but i am guilty of having a sealed trilogy, and a sealed a senile animal orange box version.
just cus i already own other versions open of both. other than that i have opened many sealed records, including both a censored and uncensored version of lysol.

and the residents santa dog, and meet the residents.

and melvins electroretard test press that came in a weird sealed bag, i ripped that fucker open within a minute of getting it out the mailer it was delivered in.

my thoughts on the matter.

and if you look really carefully you will notice the record playing in back ground is a test press.
