Was a Killer show for me and I loved this cover :-)

So, I assume you're the uploader, right? Thanks a lot for posting this video!

Ich wollte dir als Ersteller auch nicht mit dem Einbetten des Videos zuvorkommen, ich hatte das Video nur zufällig gefunden und es deshalb direkt hier im Forum gepostet. :P

Another video of a '96 show, again uploaded by Mr. Deutrom himself:

Thanks for that video of the Bullhead show, idlehanz. Those full album concerts were really special.

I wish they'd do another only-album tour here in Europe and I could catch them playing Lysol and Stoner Witch in their full glory :o .

Melvins Discussion / Re: Buzzo's political views

Clicking through the pages, at around page 55 multiple posters share their stories of encountering Buzz, Dale and Mark in the mid 90's.

They pretty much all state that Buzz and Dale were always friendly and accomodating people while Mark was pretty much a prick to them (one poster even refers to him as "dickboy")... is that true? Can anybody here in the forum confirm these stories? I always assumed that Mark's cockiness on stage and interviews was just mostly part of his "public" persona.

For anyone wondering about what the Melvins played the Chris Cornell tribute show, they did the following:

The Kicking Machine
With Yo' Heart, Not Yo' Hands
Leech
Let It All Be
Honey Bucket
Spoonman

They also played Let It All Be before Honey Bucket.

Beyond the Wheel is such an amazing song. I was lucky enough to see their first reunion show up here at the Showbox and when they busted that out (and Cornell absolutely nailed it) I lost my shit. I wasn't sure he had all of that range left in him by that time but he fucking crushed it.

Dam!.. That's some good stuff right there..

I think that at the 1:41 mark, everyone's reaction in the audience was something like  It certainly was mine when I saw this video the first time years ago.

Also, straight from Matt Cameron's twitter account (see https://www.instagram.com/p/BspI-6uHjOL/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link):

Buzz gets fucking mental during Specimen at around the 1:31:20 mark  I wish we could get such a heavy set these days again :?

Dude has listened numerous to other Melvins songs since, I already watched his reaction to At the Stake, Roman Dog Bird and Bar-X.

Melvins Discussion / Re: last relevant melvins release...

I pretty much can agree to everything what ))))(((( wrote in the previous post, though I have to say that I like the "Death" side of A Walk With Love And Death nearly as much as NWB. I think the "less challenging" impression you get from the newer Melvins releases can't be completely attributed to Buzz's songwriting, but more to the overall weaker sounding guitar and drums (which is also evident in the new Sabbath cover). The riffs in the songs are still there. As an example, compare the live rendition of "Hideous Woman" to the recorded version... the live one is a lot fiercer and heavier sounding:
