Also one thing to note is often the setlist will say CG for tuning. This means that the guitar is tuned to CGDgbe as opposed to CGCfad (which is traditional drop C).
As far as I know this is the way that Buzz tunes his guitar for all drop C songs.
And the new songs "Drunken Baby" and "Dark Brown Teeth" are definitely in this tuning.

Manky, LYSOL, AMAZON (known to be played in drop D also ie, live at belfort 2003), The Bloated Pope, Charmicarmicat (Recent live version), The Talking Horse, Evil New War God, The Water Glass, Pigs of the Roman Empire, City Dump and Graveyard (BHS) are all in CGDgbe tuning from the live footage i've found.
As far as Album material that's in a C tuning the list goes as follows, from what i can hear

Lysol: Hung Bunny Roman Bird Dog
The Maggot: all except The Green Manalishi
POTRE: all
A Senile Animal: The Talking Horse
The Bride Screamed Murder: the Water Glass, Evil New War God, I'll Finish You Off
Tres Cabrones: City Dump, American Cow
This Machine Kills Artists: Rough Democracy, Dark Brown Teeth, Laid Back Walking, Drunken Baby

... and probably more i've missed.

No problem at all, just notify me if you reckon there's something I missed.

Track 01 - Dark Brown Teeth
Lyrics:

There's a magic drunken lord
Filled with paper dolly women
Watch it burn down

And while we let them speak their tongue
And they'll tell you why your wrong
And hide it when its gone

When they're getting what they're given
then there won't be drunken lady
watch it fall down

And while we let them speak their tongue
And they'll tell you why your wrong
And hide it when its gone

Track 04 - Drunken Baby
Lyrics:

I walk or crawl , cos' it's easy for me
I am unsure of my mind and speech
I want to to say thank you to all my friends
I won't complain about beginnings and ends

Bare bones inside a bloodless slave
Seem romantic when the times have changed
There are men who can take care of that

Want to be calm, want to be cold and clear
I want the sound of what the old god hear
I can say thank you to all my friends
I won't complain about beginnings and ends

There's a fly, there's a piece of me
Changing candles on a cake to eat
50 versions of a widowed war
