Krist Novoselic on NWB - We All Owe Something To The Melvins

This is old, but I just stumbled across it for the fist time:

I always knew that Buzz had introduced Grohl to Nirvana, but had no idea that Krist introduced Buzz to Dale.  I think we all owe him a debt of gratitude for that.  Easily the best thing Krist ever did!

You can hear them lead into Ballad of Dwight Fry at the end too.  This was from Jan 15th, '91, which I'm guessing was well before the recording of Lysol which was released in '92.  Seems like maybe Buzz was practicing those songs with Krist and Dave...
