She did that throughout the entire set

Into her phone

Like to add an effect
  I figured she added it during editing.

Oh my god, that was the most annoying shitty video ever. I feel bad anyone who was within 10 feet of her. How did you restrain yourself from not smacking that goddamn phone out of her hands? I am all for people enjoying themselves, but when it starts interfering with me enjoying myself at a show I am going to get seriously pissed off.

about that irritating scream, she got inspired by a FantomasMelvins version of AMAZON apparently (which i thought didn't exist  :?:). she told her man got a full version of that Millennium Monsterwork album where they performed AMAZON too (she even showed a screenshot of her cell with the full set of songs from that show  :?  :?)

 That whole facebook group got weird there for a few days. I mean, yeah that lady is strange and annoying, but people were piling on her for really dumb reasons too. It's like everyone smelled the weak one and tried to devour her--pretty gross. As far as I can tell, irritating social maladjustment aside, she's only trying to connect and be enthusiastic with other Melvins fans. She's not hurting anybody by merely being uncool.

I didn't comment over there, but would you enjoy someone screaming in a shrill voice in your ear over and over when you are just trying to watch a damn show? I know I wouldn't. I don't care about any of her other posts, but if that vid is any indication of how she acted throughout the show, I would be annoyed as shit.

Actually I was almost directly behind her during that show--and yeah I was irritated. But I still see no reason to drag her over the coals on social media.

Curious about all this, i had a read of the posts over there myself today and came to a similar conclusion. Obviously i wasn't there to witness the show, but i don't think she seems strange - just a big, enthusiastic fan of the band. I can see why people take irritation to some extent but it seemed overly critical to me. Let a person have their fun. Going by her comments alone she seemed quite nice, especially in the face of some of the remarks.
So Ian is in the group?! To the membership list!

Back on topic.
She's annoying. I would have said something to her and anyone with her, but it is getting pretty gruesome. Stop paying attention to her.

Awe, geez. Now I feel forever associated with this. I posted my one and only buzz pic from the Rock Island show over there and then the comments just started flooding in. I didn't look at my phone again for a while cuz we were in Des Moines before the show at this place called Zombie Burger and they were playing all Melvins. It was awesome. I had the NILBOG (Goblin spelled backwards, Troll II peoples) and next thing I know my photo is all gone and one of the admins starts type screaming at everyone to calm to fuck down  I was like, ohhhhhh shit. MODERATOR got MODERATED. And we laughed. That was it.

Back on topic. We got the Haze records plus the Mackie Houdini. I had to get my letterpress CDs too. The only one I didn't grab from this tour was Basses Loaded solo - there were two - one has the 51 DVD inside of it. I already had the DVD but thought it a cool package. So that's the one I got....

So this is my collection now. And just today traded a painting for another variant of freak puke (the one that looks like a mushroom cloud :) )
