A senile album cover question

I was on my way to buy some pencils at the ole office depot when I saw a cd in someone's car that looked a lot like the back of a senile animal, they were bold black letters I think they were different sizes on a tan background with a retangular picture of something in the bottom right as opposed to the top right. The song titles were different, but I can't remember them now, does anybody know what album this is?

It's probably some other hardcore band on Ipecac, or some other hardcore label, I've seen that style back done by a lot of bands... and they've all been hardcore bands... and I guess to people that just randomly hear the melvins think they're just another hardcore band...
