i've been saying it for like two years now , but i'll say it again
fuck pitchfork

i was lucky enough to have a free ticket to a day at their festival this summer
and man did the sound suck ass (even cut out completely for a few bands)
the bands weren't much either
but i dig Aesop Rock and Mr. Lif (yeah i like hip hop and the Melvins)
so not a total loss

Even pitchforks hip hop reviews are pure shit
they are clueless
i check it for what has just been released, and smirk at their take

the entire Melvins review was horrible

Pitchfork so happens to be run by a bunch  of virgin- bed -wetting-dweebs who have taken one too many english classes, who also think that Radiohead is the next Pink Floyd of our generation or something (they're not).  So their opinions shouldn't really matter to any of us. Pitchfork also backs a bunch of indie-emo-artsy-college- bands who are also virgin-bed-wetting-dweebs that nobody has heard or even cares about.
