I know that the Melvins started out as a fast punk band.
Where can I get some of their early recordings where they play fast? hehe

i don't know what's on the ftp, i can't use it from my pc. there were mp3's on this site a while back, mangled demos. all that fast punk stuff..i think i have them on a cd somewhere if you can't get it any other way.

the mangled demos are on scott's ftp in rare vinyl

i know "Spank Thru" was nurvana's first song, was "Forgotten Principles" the melvins first? It says its from '83 on the Singles 1-12, i didn't know they were a band then?!
