i have a lousy old record player that i got from my mom who i beleive got on her 17th birthday...its ancient... any way its old and acting up and i was wondering if anybody could suggest a decent but not to pricey record player....

a Technics belt drive is only about $120
and they are a good turntable company
u might be able to get a deal on e-bay (of course)

do not use that old player
u'll mess up the vinyl quickly and then when you get a good record player
the album will sound all scratched up

i havent played any of my melvins vinyhl on it.. i tested it out with a fleetwood mac album from my moms collection....lol
