We will remember this show your shitty cam captured it then, not necessarily the way it was :)

Wait there is one clear photo coming up  :)

9. In true Houdini fashion Buzz makes himself invisible to my camera (He IS there, look closely)

10. Buzz doing magic while hitting the drum

11. Not really sure why I uploaded this one...

12. Buzz, and again I swear he is there, on his way to hit Crover's cymbals

13. Trevor hitting.  I was very close to getting his sticks in my eye

14. The dude was hitting hard

15. Another Houdini trick by Buzz but you can see his sticks

16. Not sure what I did right on this one but it's not blurry!

Thanks for the review MJ!  Your description of Spread Eagle Beagle sounds amazing.

I like the pics as well;  just because they're not of super high quality doesn't mean they're bad.
Everything was beautiful, and nothing hurt.

Centripetal core of soul sojourn the field vibrates to absolution. I climb toward the sun to breathe the universal.

Have you seen the bridge?  I ain't seen the bridge!  Where's that confounded bridge?!

Nice review.  Who was the support?

Nunchukka Superfly.

I got to the venue a bit late so didn't really catch much of them but they did play this one great heavy song which I heard from the other room.

Great photos.

There were a few people with cameras to my left, on Buzz's side of the stage. I wouldn't be surprised if more photos surface soon.

I'm surprised Melvins were put in such a small venue (a pub). I saw The Mark Of Cain @ Annandale Hotel on NYE 96-97 and they blew shit up BIG time. I'd love to see Melvins doing a pub gig. No surprise there was no merch table........I don't think you could fit a merch table into that pub!

I remember in 97 I saw Melvins in Auckland, New Zealand. Anyway I heard (read maybe?) that during that tour of NZ the Melvins were drinking in some pub in a small town and decided to set up and do a set. I always wondered if that was true???? If so that would've been awesome seeing some poor old blokes sitting at the bar suddenly getting blasted by the Melvins.

guess they still prefer small venues.on the last tour they decided to do a show on their day off  in a small bar in Eindhoven, just because they liked the place.i posted somewhere a link where Crover talks of that.i bet what you read about the set in that small pub is true
