I seem to remember Matt Lukin playing a show in 2001 with mudhoney, but I'll have to check to be sure.  He was funny/a "wise guy"..lots of smart ass comments.

I've only known the Melvins since late 2006, and I've seen every show they've done in Dallas since. When they first posted the tour list, they didn't say they were coming to Dallas so I took the three hour drive, drank some beer with the unkle, and headed to the show.

Needless to say it's the best Melvins show I've been to, the vibes were great, Buzz was talking to the audience, and it was the first time I'd heard them play "Hag Me" or "The Bit" live. Sold out. I had no clue the dudes from Butthole Surfers were there. I got a signed Zoltron Poster that grandparents hate.
