Calgary is home to about 25 different species of mosquitoes. In addition to controlling mosquitoes within the city limits, the City of Calgary maintains a buffer zone of 5-8 km around the city to prevent mosquitoes from becoming a nuisance to Calgarians.

Unless they want to drive back to Portland after Eugene, then back down to Ca.  But if memory serves, they've done it before.  It's a long haul though....

I got to see Melvins last year though, and they tour every year. I've been looking forward to that Obituary show for a few months.
