« on: January 10, 2011, 09:01:35 PM »
ive got this track in a box of old tapes ill have to go thru but its a really old version that was on a comp,i think the accused were on it.at the beginning buzz/dales mom was saying "you left the tv on and you left the bedroom door open" or something like that.anybody know what this was?
Again,a gorgeous tragedy approaches,in the wake of those thought contained. But sonic reverberations shake the very marrow of the fragile chamber of mans lifeforce, and again the minions quiver in fear,as daylight fails to come, and Melvins walk the battlefield, bored and hungry...

The same version of this iz on 26 Songs. I downloaded this compilation ("Northwest Hardcore") about a month ago and it sounds exactly the same as the one on 26 Songs. They probably recorded it in 1984 or early 1985.

I think that's on the Demos CD.

I've only seen a picture of it, but  I thought the Demos release has all that stuff on it.

It's definitely on 26 songs I listened to it recently.  Doesn't the woman have a kind of new york accent though?
...and they all sing the same refrain: its fun to take a trip, put acid in your veins.

I always thought it might've been Buzz/Dale's mom or something!

Yo, funny this song came up. I work at the Portland school of rock and there doing a stoner rock show this Saturday. Guess what song they are doing? Hopefully they record it, my student is playing drums on it.
