it looks like a setlist from the 08 tour

Yeah. Which is a little bit of a bummer, because a lot of those songs are on Pick Your Battles. But it still should be pretty awesome.

It's a great setlist and everything but....

it looks like a setlist from the 08 tour

yea....

It says it was recorded at, "The Busta-Guts Club" in Downey, CA even though they didn't play Downey and I'm not even sure that the Busta-Guts Club exists, sort of like the Fucker Club.  I'm beginning to think there is more to this than meets the eye.

What's strange is, I don't think they played NWB first on the 2008 tour.  A few songs are missing as well, like SiProgress, Billy Fish, and My Generation.

So it looks like they cut Suicide in Progress, Billy Fish ( ), Honey Bucket, Blood Witch and My Generation. I'm guessing because it wouldn't all fit on one disc???

Yeah, they opened with Nude With Boots on the 2008 tour (great opener too). The tracklisting follows the 2008 tour setlist order, except with five songs ommited, which is too bad.

Somewhere on Bored, Haze alludes to some "extras" AmRep is doing that will accompany this release, perhaps they'll turn up there.
