Those sound samples sound real good. I just wish Suicide In Progress, Billy Fish, Honey Bucket, Blood Witch, and My Generation had been included on the CD.

Billy Fish was EPIC! On this tour.. Wish that one was on it.. And My Generation would have been sweet too..

-Still.. I'm not complaining Very much looking forward to this!  :D

(((O)))

Im gonna be buying this regardless but if i could pick and choose i'd have included Billy Fish and Blood Witch at the expense of Eye Flys and Star Spangled Banner. They probably could have added those anyway tho since the run time is approx 61 minutes or so going by my reckoning.

suck poppet

Sugar Daddy Live is now available for pre-order at Amazon for $13.32!

$6.66 x 2 =$13.32

twice the evil
What's that? Not me. Fuck that, I'm a cat.

GrimReaper

That release has the devil in it.

Newbury  Comics has it up for pre-order for $11.85.

But not the Autographed versions that they frequently have.

I'll keep watching for those.. They had TBSM Autographed for no extra charge.

CD Universe, $14.17 w/ shipping, and it takes two days to get to my house. Amazon sucks on pre-orders, and it's already up to $15 there I see.
I've had pre-orders at Amazon take a week to show up. They're only good for the free shipping on $25 or more, which isn't priority but worth it if you're not in a hurry.

And roughly 17 minutes they coulda used for a few other tunes. I'm still buying it though.

Don't you people have actual record stores where you live? You should throw them some support if so ... fuck Amazon.
It was a big night out on the town for the Id and the Reptile Brain ...

Unfortunately no  :x I'd have to drive 30 minutes to get to the nearest record store that's not a Best Buy.
Hail, not fail.

UMMMM... NO! Every Indie record store in my area closed close to 5 years ago!

-I took my son to my store the last day they (my store.. 'The Music Shack'  R.I.P) were in business..

He was about 7 or 8 years old then

"Son.. This is a record store. Remember this. These will not exist when you get older. This was a very important part of your dads life growing up. This is where I learned about cool bands, met new people, and just kind of hung out."

-I almost cried saying goodbye to the two brothers who owned it. Who knew me by name, and said hello to me every time I walked into the store for years and years.

No offense, but how does anyone handle living in a place without a good record store or two? I would go batshit crazy.

Just download it.  It's easier, and no one is going to be buying this for the art.

Yes, about 30 miles from my house there are two indie shops left. They have all the latest hipster bullshit, and some standard punk/metal stuff, but last I checked they barely had a Melvins section, so I can't support them. :D Plus with the price of gas, why drive when I can have it delivered to my house?

Sad man. Mine is in the city I grew up in ... medium sized ... no metropolis ... 1hr. outside Toronto ... and still 2 great indie record stores! Guess we're lucky up here in Canada!

It's that kinda mentality that got us into this no record store having, music as over priced limited boutique collectors' wet dreams bought for message board geek out bragging rights and/or future re-sale opportunity bullshit. I mean if your talking 'bout stealing it then fine, no harm no foul right? I mean ya can't afford everything right? Though I'm sure you can afford the Melvins. Though if your talking 'bout paying for downloads? Who the fuck buys mp3s? I've got some nice land in Florida, interested?

Well if it's a generic hipster shithole then I guess yeah fuck it but ... do they at least have a good used section or something?

Don't get me wrong I order online (actual physical records) and download (steal) shit tons of tunes ... but mainly as I alluded to before because the ipod generation are a shit in the gene pool. Used to be ya just went down to the record store and got what ya needed ... these days you need an app for that ... oh and a $100! Bullshit! Good for theiving but yeah, I mean like I said before, who buys mp3s? And worse, brags about how many thousands they have? People who don't actually like music ... I mean do they download Piccasso, Renoir, Matisse on & on and then talk about their art collection too? What a joke! People claimed record companies we're ripping us off before ... so now you get no physical product, a much less stable and permanent media,  shittier sound reproduction, and pay a little less? Yeah, good deals ... like I said. Sale! Land in Florida!

It was a big night out on the town for the Id and the Reptile Brain ...
