The skull buddy is the shit sandwich zippo, same thing.  I am also pretty sure that I remember the package deal on the amrep site as being limited to only 30/40 sets. Bought mine through amrep and the price was 49.99. Would be an odd number of zippos, so there may have been a very few individual ones for sale. Glad I have been able to get most of my stuff through amrep over the years.
