Can anyone tell me whether or not it was difficult to get the set at the shows?  How fast did it sell out?  Also, was it only one cd set per persom?

It hasn't been particularly difficult to get them, but better to get to the merch stall early obviously. They have been available on the 2nd night in at least one venue so far; not just one per person, either.

Extra money? Not sure. I think it means I was going to give someone extra cash to give them incentive to pick one up for me. I am trying to avoid paying $112 for one.

You'd  be fortunate to pay $112 for it.  The last one on ebay ended up selling for almost $250.

Roughly the same era, originally on Dope, Guns, & Fucking vol. 5 I think, but even that one is live isn't it?  I don't know if there is a studio version.

No, the Dope Guns version is a studio version. I don't have the compilation in front of me but pretty sure it was recorded by Jonathan Burnside and might have been at the same studio as Bullhead, not sure.
