some people on facebook said the reason was the band not being happy with the backline but to me it sounds as total bullshit since they always play with their gear

I'm not sure they'd take their regular gear all the way from Manchester to Barcelona for one gig, then drive it back to Bristol where it lives. Doesn't make sense.

usually they use the same gear for the whole tour,their own gear when in US or rented (by them) gear when out of the US.
