I asked Buzz about it and he said these were the versions Patton gave to the other guys to learn the material. I heard a couple downloaded Fantomas DEMO tracks of Amenaza el Mundo back in the day, and havent found them since, but they were Gnarly!!!

They'll be some at the SF show and the rest will go up on the shop after the new year.

I had never even heard of them until I saw them at the Goodbye Sober day show back on NYE of 1999-2000 in San Fran.
It was a good thing.

Yeah Patton recorded all of these on his own, without Buzz, Trevor and Lombardo.
From what I hear Buzz was curious to why Patton wanted to rerecord.
