Really like that Judes. Kind of a Scarfe/Steadman/someone else whose name escapes me feel to it.
Danke! The request was to draw the Lite gang with the caterpillar smoking the hookah and blowing out the words "LITE" - I took it as a fun little challenge. The part with Dale wearing a bra and bangin' the gong was all me though  :D

Steadman has been a huge inspiration to me. Nice call.

I just found this in my basement...Melvins pencil sketch by street artist David Choe.  This was an add-on to a separate commission in 2003, and frankly he kinda phoned it in, but still, an interesting oddity.  H.A.T. era band, obviously, although Kevin looks like he's in a high school production of "Julius Caesar".

Very nice.  Choe's work is pretty cool.  You know he made about $200 million on the Facebook IPO (he painted murals at their offices and received stock instead of cash)?  The stock hasn't done very well, so I guess if he didn't sell right away he might be down to $100M.

Here's a piece my buddy Paul did after seeing the Melvins Lite show in San Francisco.  He's seen them many, many times and called it one of the most inspiring shows he's ever seen them do.  He did this little painting when he got home late that night.

There they go, those crazy Melvins, pulling back the curtains of the mystikal cosmic vagina to reveal The Truth to us once again. Stoked for Seattle in a couple of weeks!

Wow, that is really cool. I love it! I like how Trevor's bass is a part of his body.

I was bored at work. Grabbed a few pens, and this is what spew'd out of me:

Here's a couple of doodles from my sketchbook.

This is what I instantly thought when I found out that bullhead is a species of fish.

Not the Boris from the song, but a different character inspired by the song.
He touches in a fashion of a mastermind. Manipulating... himself, his arms and legs and spine.
