yeah it was called 'tree of the sun'. it's on google :-)

i thought it was "mothman".
Again,a gorgeous tragedy approaches,in the wake of those thought contained. But sonic reverberations shake the very marrow of the fragile chamber of mans lifeforce, and again the minions quiver in fear,as daylight fails to come, and Melvins walk the battlefield, bored and hungry...

Who's your favorite Zappa drummer? (My guess would be Jimmy Carl Black for his awesome simplicity)
also:
Billy Stevenson or Robo?
Bill Bruford or Neil Peart?
John Bonham or Bill Ward?
Elvin Jones or Tony Williams?

is the other melvins lite album also gonna be released this year? because they had about 50 songs for it.
I hope im wrong but i imagine probably not. How they speak of things it makes me think everything will be download only or on singles or split releases or EP's from now on. Unfortunately i think their time of regular albums comes to a close with Freak Puke.

Yeah, you're probably right.  :( This would be a good subject to ask Dale about too.

Here's some questions I would ask:

-How were you introduced to ribbon crashers and Pete Englehart's line of metallic instruments?
-I've noticed in recent live youtube videos Dale doing the "gravity blast" one handed roll on his snare drum. When did he learn to do that?
-Will there be a new Altamont record? Does he have any songs written or in the works?
-Are Melvins done with full length studio albums after Freak Puke?
-How is his hearing these days, and how has he protected his ears, throughout all the years of heavy pounding with heavy sticks on heavy drums, crashing on ride cymbals, etc. Does he have any hearing problems as a result?
-Favorite horror movies?
-If he hadn't had pursued music, what would his career path had been?
-Has he ever posted on the melvins.net?
-What other Melvins albums would he like to perform live with the band, other than the albums played during the residency shows?
-Any plans on playing Hospital Up, Inhumanity and Death, I'll Finish You Off, or PG x 3 live?
-What would his advice be to a young drummer today hoping to make a career playing in a band?
-Any plans on recording with Lustmord again?

Here's another one: Does he have any pets?

Will Ozma ever get remastered? (oh please, oh please!)

I like parenth's favorite Nirvana song quiry.
Is Ian back yet??

John Schuller

Fantomas are working on a new album. I know the details but cannot reveal anymore than that. I am good friends with Husky Huskolds who engineers for Mike Patton.

He does great work.  Everything I have heard, that he's recorded, sounds good.

I once read that he masters his own recordings.  That is something few people can do well, and he does it beautifully.

 I hope this is true! Great news! I was worried that the band was over.

I thought about bringing one of my ribbon crashers to one of the Boston shows last year, just in case I got the opportunity to meet Dale and ask him to sign it.  It just wasn't realistic. I'm just going to be standing there, holding a ribbon crasher for the whole show, while rocking out?  It wouldn't fit in my pockets either.
