Sounds like Buzz to me, just maybe with a slight effect on the vocals.  He is singing a little differently than he does normally too. I could be wrong though.

oh, just got a slip in the post for a package. Walk to post. Sticker on package says OX-OP. It's not Melvins 1983. it's the Purge Of Dissidents vol 2 i order a week before and forgot about. still happy but a little IM A LOT LET DOWN G.D. IT!!! let down

i was looking for a while and i couldnt find one itd be awesome if they could give us a download code or something after we buy it so we dont have to wait so long to hear it But then again i can tell from Psychodelic Haze that itll be worth the wait

It would only cheapen your 1983 experience. I wish they hadn't leaked the first song, sounds way better on the CD. Buzz does crazy shit with feedback and noise on his guitar overdub tracks but I never really heard it properly off the youtube clip. Everyone who is waiting do yourselves a favor and keep waiting, it will be worth it I promise you.

My roommate told me I got a package delivered last night, so I ran upstairs praying to myself "Could it really be? Is it finally here? IS THIS THE DAY I FINALLY HEAR THE 1983 EP???" I see the box and run at it like a rabid jungle cat. The box is a little large for a CD but I ordered some other stuff from there so I figured they packaged it all together. I tear it open with reckless abandon. I'm shaking as I remove the cardboard paper they stuffed the box with. Finally, I can see it! Its... Its.... Its my networking textbook. Fuck everything.

Wow. On several counts, first that I live in the UK and this only took a week to get here! With a bank holiday weekend smack in the middle of it to boot...and now it's finally here, it's well worth the wait! Enjoying this immensely, proving once again that no matter what the Melvins do it's the best of that particular musical endeavour's kind...and it's authentic to the 80s, even down to production values/style.  Yet again it's been a very good year for really really good Melvins!
