Anyone from europe that already have their Hew Time record from Joyful Noise? My gold one still hasn't arrived.
I live in the States and I still haven't gotten anything but the download code awhile ago. I'll end up forgetting that I even ordered it so when it does finally show up, it'll be a surprise.

I'm in Europe and I got mine (gold/black) around a month ago. Haven't open it yet, though (don't have a turntable at the moment).

Classic: Buys vinyl, doesn't have turntable. There must be a meme for that.

Jesus Christ

I like collecting Melvins and Melvins-related stuff. Who the hell wouldn't buy something rare that they know they'll love to have when presented with the opportunity? Isn't that the whole point, getting people to actually buy it because it actually *feels nice* to have it? Why would bands put out nice, handmade/limited edition stuff if wasn't that way? Oh, that's right, people wouldn't buy it, because there wouldn't be anything special about it. I don't have a turntable in this apartment. I'll get turntable when I get it. That can wait. The vinyl could not wait, so I got it, and one day I'll play it, and I'll enjoy it. Some people pay way more than this for concert posters, because they find it nice to have them. Is this such an unpopular opinion?

Well, we'll always have "In the Air Tonight." Will that be your most enduring song?
You know, that song won't lie down. It just won't go away. I mean, there's a Mike Tyson moment associated with it now. It's just bizarre. I guess it has a bit of mystery, a lot of atmosphere, and the drums coming in, pinning people to the wall.

Hail, not fail.
