I know it :D
It´s a Remo Spoxe. The frame of a roto tom! They´re not aviable anymore but I think you could just buy an (for example) 8" roto tom, put the head and the screws and everything else off until the frame remains. And voilá! There you have your Spoxe!:)

Has two bands with ridicolous names.

What was that rototom thing you used to play?
Haha! That's exactly what it was. It was the bottom of a rototom. It kinda had a bell sound. I dunno, I think Terry Bozzio came up with that idea.

"I like Drumbo. He was great." (Crover)

Fuckin' A Crover!

Drumbo's is certainly great! Even better than great. Drumbo is grrreat!!!

As is Tony Williams (All Lifetime's releases are uber classics)

Though given the choice Dale was given between Williams and Elvin Jones ...

I gotta side with Elvin ... man his work in the classic Coltrane Quartet is some of my favorite skins ever!
It was a big night out on the town for the Id and the Reptile Brain ...

like a brick wall, like a dream waiting to be!

The sound on Your Blessened is a cracked ice bell, not the roto tom rim.

Dale told me that himself when i bothered him before a PORN show in 2005.

I'd heard it was a cracked ice bell. I decided to go out and get a 6"8"10" set of rototoms anyway after watching this guy:

Me too.  Such a great, useful sound.  Cuts through perfectly.  I had one for years and kept having to patch it back together.  I always wanted to get a custom frame made to hold the plates.
