that's ok if he plays bass for the melvins temporarily, if it would ever happen, but a permanent position would be a bad idea, if his influence would leak in too much.  i kinda like tool, but tool is his main band, and you know how that would work...like the guy said, one melvins album every 5 years is just not enough!

if adam jones were to join the band permanently, i think that would be a pretty cool idea, i dont know where you get the idea that if he joins the melvins theres gonna be one album every 5 years.... buzz wouldnt allow that.
adam would be an awesome  bass player...... he probably made up that schism line too.
