AHH! It's 'Next Stop Nowhere' by Anarchy 6 then!

It's definitely an Anarchy 6 song, the band said so on their FB page.

The Anarchy 6 record was an old favorite of mine back in the day. Basically a punk / hardcore parody album by Dave Markey and Steven McDonald - they have a Bad Brains type song, Suicidal Tendencies type song etc. etc. It was released on Gasatanka records and they had a tune in the Lovedolls Superstar movie - Slam, Spit, Cut Your Hair, Kill Your Mom. Plus Pettibon cover art? Come on!!!!

I wish I still had my copy. :(
