I have lost count how many times I have seen the Melvins, but I had missed them on their last few tours and had never seen them with Pinkus. Holy shit; so great to see them back as a three piece, and I found Pinkus to be more engaging to watch than Buzz or Dale, and the low end of his bass was so clean and clear. The sound was excellent overall. Opening act was amazing. I have no idea what the setlist was; I have not really kept up on the new material, but apparently bought the very last Hold it In CD on the merch table.

Excellent night. Long live the Melvins

yeah Pinkus has a great sound. the bass was fantastic on this tour.

saw them with Pinkus a bit over a year ago and i couldn't hear shit, but that venues sound sucked. it was nice to be able to hear them with some clarity this time around.
