No Melvins merch last night in Buffalo. The 1 shirt is long gone. Awesome show. COC rocked, Melvins killed, Ministry was better than I expected. Supernaut was their highlight.
Most of their fans are real idiots. Reminded me of why I can't stand most popular "metal" crowds.  Caught a few ounces of random beer shower sprayed on the back of my head. What the fuck is with these retards? Beers aint cheap, 10 for a craft on tap, even more for a 16 oz can, and you're gonna throw your beer up in the air? I moved around a few times during Ministry to avoid stumbling, loud drunken assholes.

Why not bring a few of the Ipecac releases on CD to sell and let the venue take a cut? Some poor kid may want a souvenir.

It's amazing we get it just the same here too. Cashed up bogans going to see a heavy band, out of their their minds on drugs & booze and treating the whole show like a party in their own backyard. Knuckleheads should just be kicked out but in this instance security would probably be kicking out a large chunk of the audience.

I'm pretty sure there are rules & politics around what and if anything support bands are allowed to sell at the headlining band's merch table. I've heard venues take a cut on merch and perhaps the headlining band does too which might explain why Melvins were only prepared to bring one style of t-shirt but no records/CD's.

But running out of one shirt makes no sense at all. By not stocking enough, the Melvins are losing out on easy money.
