Thanks all for the positive remarks! I'm excited to get these out into the world tomorrow night here in Minneapolis! It'll certainly be a minnow swimming amongst all the sought after Haze & Mackie vinyl  :)

In case anyone is interested in the cassette shell details, these are the colors/numbers: (color name descriptions come from the manufacturer http://nationalaudiocompany.com/ )
- 75 - Black
- 75 - Light Pink
- 50 - Lime Green
- 25 - Gray Solid
- 25 - Green Solid
- 25 - Royal Blue Solid
- 25 - Yellow Solid
- 25 - Red Solid
- 25 - Purple Solid
- 25 - Goldenrod
- 25 - Light Blue
- 25 - Rhodamine Red
- 25 - Orange
- 25 - Dark Blue
- 25 - Gold Metallic

The Black and Light Pink are "band exclusive" colors. They also got a handful of the Lime Greens.
The Rhodamine Red's have been dubbed the BBS exclusive color so if you choose to make an order when the times comes on the small doses site and want one of those shoot me a PM with your order# to get one of those until they run out if interested. Also, if you ever see one of the dark green tapes on eBay let me know because that means one of my friend's is a jerk

I want a "goldenrod"  :D
I got the shits real bad.

Just returned home a few minutes ago after the show this evening.  Have to give a shoutout to EVERYONE responsible for this release!  Without even listening to it yet, it was such a satisfying purchase for me!  First of all, I'm a huge fan of live sets.  So that's something to look forward to.  But considering the price tags of everything else that was on the table!  This release was a no brainer!  Not to mention, I picked up 3 tapes, all with different artwork, and of a local live recording!  Cool!  And happy to disclose, one of the three I purchased really hit home as far as artwork

Tapes were my favorite pieces I'd seen at the tables!  Very nice work!

Over a third of the tapes the band has sold last night so the rest should be up on Small Doses for sale next week. I'll give the exact day/time when we get that decided. Anyone that gets a tape should consider posting a pic of theirs here, they're all different and it'll give me a little excitement to see them out in the territories!

You know im not the biggest fan right now as far as some packaging goes, but it looks really cool. Perhaps some backstory on it?

I read these were only $10 at the Prick show!

$10!!!!!!!!
Yep, punk rock right? We're still doing the bean counting as far as costs we put into making them so we may need to sell them online for $11 or $12 to recoup. Not profit driven and hope it doesn't offend, as I'm sure you can guess the band likes keeping things at the merch table in factors of $5 so that's why there may be a minor price shift online. Additionally, I learned firsthand that shipping a single one of these to Canada costs $9 and change & Europe costs $13 and change plus the envelope cost so most of them will probably end up staying in the states as that may be a turnoff.

Didn't know that Keith, but I'm really glad you think they look cool! Not sure what you mean by backstory? Did you read my initial post in this thread and have lingering questions?

Captain CoryCory

$10 isn't too bad for a cassette. I know they're cheaper to press than vinyl for sure so that's a perfectly reasonable price.

If there's any copies left by the time Louisville hits I'm definitely snagging one.

Rusty Shackleford

The Melvins FB calling it Bird Dog, and .net going with Dog Bird.  On goes another minor Melvins mystery...

 for myself!  who came up with the shell? That concept would look quite tasty on a vinyl release.
