Next Sick Drummer video??? YOU DECIDE!!!

I'd like to give everyone here a chance to suggest which Sick Drummer Magazine clip I should do next for Dale.


I have both angles for the majority of the set...but I lost the camera behind him halfway through "Onions".  I have another angle I may be able to throw in (I filmed the band with 5 cameras, but only used the 2 on Dale for the SDM footage).


I can post a picture of the setlist...but I don't wanna ruin anyone's upcoming show, if they don't want to know what songs they're playing on this cycle (aside from "Onions").


Suggestions, please?  I'll start working on the footage on Monday, so you all have a couple of days to discuss it.  I'll chime in from work, when I can.

Agreed. Eye Flys is THE song where Dale defined his sound and style. And the way it is played live now - it is one of the most amazing bombastic drum performances ever.

I love drums in music but i never really notice stuff like that. Does Dale play older songs differently now than he once did? Perhaps just little nuances being different than radical alterations??

he plays faster. also i think his style has changed a lot through the years...especially after he started playing with Coady.

I'm sure the 'Eye Flys' footage will be of the full band.  I'll definitely focus on Dale when it's appropriate...

Knowing our audience (SDM), the footage of 3 minutes of slow, droney drumming won't go over well, unfortunately.  If I could just focus on him ripping his kit apart for the magazine, I would...but the full band footage for my personal channel will go over better.

"Eye Flys" would be great for us melvins fans, but maybe a faster song like "Hideous Woman" or "AMAZON" would be more suitable for general appeal. I'm excited to see whatever you put together though.
