they sold out out the berlin gig - great venue, great sound, great show, perfect night!

really enjoyed red kross too - didn't know any of their stuff before but they're a fun band to watch and of course it's a total treat to see dale and steven play twice :)
both bands complement each other really well i think. excellent double bill.

dale turned 50 at midnight too - had no idea but he told me so we had a drink at midnight :)

ps - steven is a perfect addition to the melvins i think - then again i didn't get to see them with pinkus. love stevens style and tone and he obviously enjoys playing with them massively. this was probably my favourite melvins show since hellfest 2011.

They brought out a cake, and buzz gave him a hug, but one of those man to man hugs where you hug with a big space between you.
