Made an account just to post this! My mother- big fan of the Melvins, has these matches from the Stag tour, either from 1996 or 1997 I can't tell. A few are missing, but the box is in good condition. Can't find anything online about these things though, anyone have any information about them? Ever since I was little these things have interested me.

i've seen some posted a guy had a couple of boxes on the Melvins fb group that i was gonna split with someone but never heard back from him on it.  :disagree:
i do still have the sticker postcard that i grabbed from the counter at Zia records when i bought Stag on release day in 96. i made postcards of it and mailed them to people on here and fb.

also, huge fan of the artwork from this era, so for me this is an absolute 'antiques roadshow' type of find lol   8)

I have only ever gotten a pack of matches once, from a touring band called 'Hemlock' I think? I've never heard of them since...I forget who they were even opening for that night.

That pack of matches is still around here somewhere.

That must have been about 20 years ago.

Ha that's great.
The first time I saw Melvins was in Auckland, NZ on their Honky tour.
I can't even remember seeing a merch stand at that one?
