For those in the Seattle area I just heard that the old Melvins van with all the Cobain drawings/paintings all over it will be on display in front of Easy Street Records in the morning on Record Store Day this coming Saturday, 4.12.

Surprised they're going to cut up the van. I wonder how much the KISS drawing is going to go for? Didn't the van sell for around 20k in 2012?

I actually think it makes sense. Preserve the drawings and present them like art pieces. I mean the van itself isn't getting any newer. It looks a mess and it's doubtful anyone would ever buy it and if they did what exactly are they going to do with it?? To be honest every few years when the Melvan comes back to our attention it always irritates me. Just let it be for goodness sake. In all fairness the whole thing should probably just be scrapped at the junk yard.
