No worries. I didn't take offence to start with.

Who do you mean by DSS???

Imagine they use this show for Kevin's come back. Would be spectacular...

I wonder when last they played our shores.

so does anyone know how the englishmen are when it comes to taking pictures? (at the electric ballroom).. has anyone been there before? do they like, stripsearch you?

I've been to the Electric Ballroom on several occasions. They're not strict in searching at all so don't worry about anything (apart from being obviously ignorant in hiding stuff you should've have).

It seems that 2 bands are supporting who I haven't heard of yet. They are Early Man and Capricorns. Hopefully they're good rock.

8 more days to go!

Battlecat

Early Man look like they're gonna be great - early Sabbath-type sludgy metal, with David Pajo (Slint/Tortoise/Papa M/etc) on bass. Website at www.earlymanarmy.com has some samples.

Been trying to find info on the Capricorns, and from what I can tell they're a female synth-pop duo. Although the bio on their webpage indicates they're on indefinite hiatus, so maybe it's a different band. Their site is at www.thecapricorns.com and there are mp3s up at www.myspace.com/thecapricorns

Tickets for ATP and the Electric Ballroom arrived this morning. Seeing the Melvins twice in two days next week. Can't wait.

capricorn is a london based band that makes instrumental sludge doom.
