No...fluff is like the fuzz that comes off carpets, just balls of insignificant
fibres...

ah, okay i see now. HUUUGE difference between that and what I thought it was.

Now that I know, the "joke" is not funny. If it is meant to be a joke at all...

What do you think does he them mean by "I think it's lint" What is he implying?

popeye

Well..., Buzzo is sitting at a table looking at pornographic magazines and Joe walks into the room, right up to Buzzo and Whips his Dick out, basically right in Buzzo's face (kind of an uncomfortable situation...?)
Joe is obviously concerned if he has contracted Gonohrrea (the Clap!) from the Vixen he has been Shagging.  The Burning sensation is the true Give-away.  At any rate he is so concerned that he seeks out Buzzo's opinion.  or - maybe that is just Buzzo's side of the Story?

but its not puss, its lint! from something....i dont want to know...

It has NOTHING to do with Buzzo. It is Skeeter Thompson talking to Dave Grohl.

yeah!

thats just a great example of the suspension Buzz is the master of.
he keeps you on the edge of your seat (and grooving there to :P) and then he shoots you in the head with a shotgun...

no wait, that was kurt cobain... :P

but seriously, the long intros, the feedback, everything is there to build tension and suspension and then he releases... hes a genius, an artist.

Quote from: klumpporg is an actual song if you like stuff like foetus, throbbing gristle and stuff...I actually like that song :)
I never said it wasn't a song... and yeah foetus/throbbing gristle are not among _my_ favorites

I'm most likely in the minority here on this, but I think the Dale EP seriously kicks ass, Joe's EP is a close second but in a totally different style, & although I am NOT dissing what he has done for us for the last whoknowshowmanyyears, I think Buzz's EP comes in last on this. It DOESN'T suck by any means, but if we're comparing, well, that's just the way I see it (or would that be hear it?).....
But really, Dale kicks some ass on that one. Really.

to the south african guy:  he thought it was puss, but it turned out to be some bits of white fuzz, like the stuff you find in your pocket/clothes dryer.  i guess the fact that maybe the two sort of look alike from a quick glance and the fact that he confused the two, not to mention that he had fluff stuck in his peehole, is all meant to be humorous, and i kinda think it is.    so, my question to you is this:  what do you people in south africa call lint/fuzz/fluff/the fiber in your pocket/in your dryer/bellybutton?  i am eager to find out a new word for this useless stuff.

it is oh so soft

by the way....i really like king buzzo's EP.  i thought the music on buzz's album is the reason we all listen to the melvins.  also, if you combine buzz's album and dale's, you can really see exactly where the melvins' direction comes from.  it is a perfect blend of their two individual styles.  amazing cooperation i'd say.

also, there have been a few times when a hair found it's way into my urethra and i could tell because i'd start to feel real uncomfortable and couldn't figure out why, then i'd check it out and there'd be a short length of hair poking out and i'd have to pull it out from that.  it is a really really weird and terrible experience, feeling something like that slowly being drawn out.  granted, it wasn't in very far...but still.  has anyone ever experienced what it feels like to have something going in instead of going out?  it is quite strange and painful.

mmm, yes, things in the urethra. got in a pretty big car accident a few years ago. i wasn't too badly hurt, but the first awareness i had after, and the first memory, is of a catheter (sp?) being inserted in the hallway of the hospital. quite shocking and painful (when you have no idea what's going on, and are wondering why there is this intensely uncomfortable sensation in your member...)

I think i might have been misunderstood; I didn't say I don't like Buzzo's EP, just that in a comparison (in my opinion) it finished last. As far as why we all listen to Melvins; I'm sure that everyone has their own reason, but if you think about it, each EP DOES represent Melvins & the sound(s) they create. But again, I DO like it, but I personally like the other 2 a little more.
