I doubt he is using the stock pick-ups for his Gibson Custom (Black Beauty) LP.  I am sure that he probably uses EMGs.  

I can see him using either a Sunn or a Mesa Amp.  Those who think he would use Marshall are deluded.  His amp is too clean for the Marshall sound (only reason I know is because I have used Marshalls extensively in the past).

The White Petal is probably a TU-3 (a Tuner).

I am not certain about the rest!

Equipment I've seen him using in various photos:

Marshall JCM 800
Marshall 1960 4x12s
Sunn Beta Lead
Sunn (?) 4x12s
Pro-Co Rat Pedal
Hiwatt 4x12s
MXR Blue Box
And lately he's being using that colossal rackmount setup with the Mesa amps (I think they're Quads or maybe Studio amps)  and about a million other pieces of rackmount equipment.
