Does anyone have a recording (just audio, although if you had video as well, that would be excellent) of any of the shows that the Melvins did with the Cameron Jamie films? If so, would you be willing to share it?
I went to the one in London in 2003 and remember it being mind-blowingly heavy. I'd love to get a recording of it (or any of the other CJ shows).
Thanks!

I have the DAT recording of the Paris show. Got anything for trade?

Battlecat

Either of those would be great. Unfortunately, I don't really have anything to trade. The only Melvins stuff I have is recordings I've downloaded of slsk, etc, all in mp3 format, and probably nothing you wouldn't already have. Is there any other way I can get a copy of the recording from you?

this show is awesome, is it the whole show?
if life is a dream in the imagination of ourselves, and there is no such thing as death, then what does waking up mean?

Battlecat

Thanks a lot Anaconda. I'm curious about the numbering though - you have Kranky Klaus marked as track 2, I'm 99% sure that when I saw it Kranky Klaus was 1st (followed by Spook House, then BB). Is this correct? Was POTRE the soundtrack for Spook House (I'm sure Lysol was used for BB)? Did they start with Spook House in Paris?

Having had a quick listen to the tracks, it seems like they're in the right order, but misnamed. I reckon that track 2 is actually Spook House (it has spooky noises) whereas track 1 is POTRE/Kranky Klaus (it has the sleigh bells and German dialog). Does this sound right to other people?

Thanks again for the tracks, they're excellent.

Anaconda, you are the nicest man to ever have lived.

Battlecat

Having looked back at my last post, it seems I got a bit too sidetracked by discographical issues, when the core of my post should have been:

THANK YOU ANACONDA.

Seriously, much appreciate you posting this. I second Masteraloadahead in nominating you as the nicest man to ever have lived.

here here, anaconda is a swell human!
Again,a gorgeous tragedy approaches,in the wake of those thought contained. But sonic reverberations shake the very marrow of the fragile chamber of mans lifeforce, and again the minions quiver in fear,as daylight fails to come, and Melvins walk the battlefield, bored and hungry...

anaconda

send some of that praise DubEMC's way. I got them
from him in a trade a few month's ago.

Masteraloadahead

Well Dubemc, if you had a vagina I would kindly service it for you.

Now can the same sharing that went on here today happen again, but this time with "With Yo' Heart Not Yo' Hands"?

Thanks, I think. The really big ups should go to FBZ who recorded the show.
