I don't think this low quality mp3 will present any sort of legal problems.
but if anyone wants to post a better one i won't mind either. :toke:

Galvano

Brian would probably be in more trouble for mp3 uploads than anyone.
After all it's his site.

Vcavallo

he would get in trouble for his mp3s.  not mine.
that other site has no connection to brian aside from a link i added

Brian had to take down lots of stuff a while back.

and If you check out the DL part of the forum, there is a sticky about not putting out copyrighted stuff etc.

i don't see why bands care that much about MP3's and shit like that on the web.  look at the Grateful Dead.  they have a huge following...they promote bootlegging, don't give a fuck what anybody does and look, they're practically a fucking religion.

i can't stop listening to this mp3 that vin diesel posted. it's just so much better than the album version -- so much more energetic, real, and succinct. it's like we heard the remix before the actual song. and the actual song is so much greater than the goofy one on the CD. it's extremely evident if you listen to them right next to each other that this version is the REAL song. this one sounds like the melvins, and i love the melvins. that other version is a version of the melvins, much like jellvins is a *version* of the melvins. i just wanna hear those three dudes playing music, essentially. fuck everyone else.

i wish i could hear an unfucked-with "pink bat."

here's a better-sounding, complete stereo mix i just did (right-click, save as):

nice work.

man, dale's bell stuff at the end blows me away. no one does shit like that. it's what makes dale dale. i can't believe that part got axed on the album.

While I agree with your feelings on mp3's...
I rather don't

it didn't get axed.  it can be heard on the CD version.  it isn't as sustained or pronounced though.

and what is so horrible about the grateful dead, anyway?  they invented a very interesting a pleasant form of music which is nice to listen to whilst high on a summer day in a field.

i'm not crazy about they're music as well.  but the mentality they had as a band fucking blows me away.  they always played they're songs different, they would combine songs and change them to the point where even the fans didn't recognize.  they improved every show basically.  i don't even think they knew what they were going to play before a show.  i mean they were true musicians in the sense that they play how they feel AT THAT VERY MOMENT.  which a lot of musicians lack, even the talented ones.

Vcavallo

a very good unbiased point there, my friend
