There's no way to click it. As far as I know, if a Flash movie actually contains a click area like that, the user must also be able to navigate to that area by using the Tab button on their keyboard.

For an example, visit http://www.macromedia.com/. Their navigation menu is built in Flash. Now the menu must have a focus first, you can accomplish this by clicking in the search field. Now press your Tab key. You will see all hotspots will lighten up by showing a yellow border around it.
