eBay definitely closes bootleg auctions. I tried to sell an old Led Zep 3xLP boot from Copenhagen on ebay a few months ago & they pulled it.

They're fanatical about Led Zep bootlegs..Tarantura, etc.. almost all those get removed.  Melvins boots, Fantomas, Tool, meh, you have about a 40 percent chance of seeing those removed.
