But it absolutely deserves a dedicated thread.

Why would Buzz make a statement that this release is "way better than the rest"?

There is a link to the Hooch video posted by MTV. I watched it for the first time in quite a while.

A couple of thinks just dawned on me:

Buzz's new gold canine would look wicked in the Hooch x-ray scene.

Based on all the references to alcohol and drowning in the Hooch video the song must be some anti-alcoholism statement.
I will have to look at some of Ben N's lyric interpretations of Hooch again.

What do you think?

As far as the meaning of Hooch goes, my interpretation has always been that it's about a drug dealer who wants to get out of the game, tries for a last score to help in do so, but it's bigger than he can handle, and he gets himself killed in the process.

Oh, and as far as the alcohol of choice sub discussion.  I normally start out with a shot of chartreuse, then switch to soco and coke, then switch to gin gimlets.

If you look at the Stoner Witch CD booklet there is a picture of Buzz's mouth.

See that little fucked up tooth? The canine? Left side? That's the tooth that is now gold. Not a stage dive. He was just born with a fucked up tooth and had it replaced.
