So after the Cleveland show at the Grog Shop me and the wife were hanging out finishing our beers, and Dale came out and was talking to people.  (Ive never seen him come out after a show, only before) so My wife asked him if he wanted to do a shot, and he said sure.  Well the whole point of this that he didnt want our normal Jim Beam, he wanted to drink a red headed slut, at least thats what he called it.  Jager, red bull, and peach schnapps.  So we all got one and damn if if wasnt pretty good for a fluffy shot. We talked for a few minutes about some of the Melvins shows ive seen, and about the 2 drummer thing. A surprisingly Nice and Cool guy.  So the next night at the Buffalo show we ordered "The Dale Drink" from the bartender.  I think its our new favorite.

I didn't get to hang around after the Cleveland show; but I did get to meet Dale at the Toledo show. I don't remember what I said to him but it was probably something stupid like "boy, you sure can drum!"

He's a pretty cool guy.
This isn't a time for lectures!

That's cool.  When I saw them in 93 on the Houdini tour, Buzz and Dale were UBER cool enough to let me get pictures of them giving me and my buddy wedgies.  True story.

That sounds nasty, but if dale drinks it it must have some redeeming qualities :)
I understand Buzz is a tea totaler, but I know from a friend that Dale smokes the herb, but I have a feeling he usually avoids the "harder" stuff, wihch I assume is why Kevin ended up getting booted from the band.
