It took awhile for the show to finally start. I got there about 6:50pm and the show didn't begin until 8:30. Tim Moss jumped on stage dressed as Santa Claus and the bassist showed up without any pants on. Dale walks through the crowd dressed as Elvis and is holding some Doritos. I am fortunate enough to be right up front in the middle of the stage where Dale is standing. He offers me some Doritos and I take a few. He then does some poses and walks behind the drumset and pounds away.

Once porn finishes, the roadies come and remove their things and gets Big Business' ready. Big Business plays one or two songs and then Dale comes on stage and plays guitar. Coady stands up and says, "This is Dale Crover, who drums for The Melvins." Jared laughs and says, "And this is Coady Willis, who is the drummer for Big Business and I'm Jared Warren and I play bass for Big Business." He then points to me and says, "And this is Mike from Tulsa." He points to a girl next to me and says, "And this is Sarah from Choctaw." He introduces some other people before playing some more.

Big Business' set goes right into The Melvins' set and it totally rocks. Once it nears the end, Coady and Dale stand on their seats and the roadies come on stage in monkey masks and rainbow afros. Chaos ensues for a few more minutes before Coady and Dale do a big drum solo together. Dale and Coady throw their gloves into the crowd and I snag one the Dale's. The roadies throw out the drumsticks and due to my not paying attention one actually hits me in the neck and bounces up and a guy next to me grabs it.

The other part. Which was really cool since I was able to get so close to them. Although towards the end The Melvins played Revolve and some people started moshing. I got knocked forward a few times and ended falling onto the stage. Quite embarrassing and painful because my shin slammed into the edge of the stage.

Great show, I attended it as well. The guy that grab the drum stick that bounced off of your neck must have been my friend kyle. Porn was one of the loudest bands I have seen. They where Neurosis loud!I was really impressed with Big Business, having not ever heard them before, besides on the new Melvins album. The Melvins set was insane,I loved it. I wish I didnt drink so much that night so I could remember it better. I can remember them playing alot of songs off the new album. And I remember them doing Oven, with Jarred singing it. Also remeber Hooch,Revolve,The Bloated Pope, part of set me straight, skypup, Thats pretty much all I can think of.. I remember jarred and dale, dualing vocals on a big business song,it was funny sounding,I think dale just kept repeating choctaw, choctaw, choctaw, choctaw, choctaw, really damn fast. Oh yea,and they played The Bit, and Let it all be.it was amazing. I was broke so I only spent $22 bucks, I got a real cool big bussiness shirt and the electroretard CD.After the show I got buzz to sign the disk. One of the best shows I have seen.

I almost forgot, I got a guitar pick as well.
