How could it not be?  Then again, it could be a case of " go after a guy with a lot of money" .  You would think if you were innocent, you would fight it.  But on the other hand, maybe it is just better to settle out of court, let the public forget about it, and move on.  There is always something more heinous that will happen and make Ma & Pa Fiddlefuck forget about yesterdays news.
