the set-up costs from glen's supplier would be too prohibitive. over $25 a shirt, not to
mention the shipping.

I think sticking with the old design is the best and only option for the moment.

Not that i don't like any of the others, it's just that.... ah, read everyone elses reasons cause i agree with them.
