How did "Chanting..." sound? how are our chances of kicking their asses?

I'll see if I can wrangle a copy to upload.  I liked the idea of submitting a cover, and then an original song.

I agree. I've got a Melvins-inspired original that I recorded around the same time as that LIAB cover.

i gave a copy to buzz.  it was gift-wrapped in circuit schematics.  he was very nice about it.

Go for it, the more the merrier.

If everyone follows through with their covers, this'll be one fucking big album.

Is it too late to get in on this? I told my son to do a cover for the project. He picked Queen

I hope it's not to late.  I may not be able to get together with my friends to record until April.  Even then, it's a longshot

too late? ha! I have no clue as to when this is all coming out. Besides, I know how horrific the organisational process of recording music in an loose-knit imdependant band is. Hell, that's why i'm doing Heater Moves And Eyes on my own (although getting the drums done adequately is a bitch. As Hank Hill wisely said: "Damn it, Dale...)

@ GrimReaper: I wish your son luck. Knowing the Melvins legacy lives on in the hearts of today's youngsters warms my heart, although I myself am only 17. Bah.
