Is the Lysol LP without the tape really that scarce?

just asking.

Does anyone have a photo of the LP w/ the tape on it.

Has anyone ever tried to remove the tape..does it damage the cover?

If you try removing the tape, use lighter fluid..um, in the yellow quart bottle?..i forget the name.  It works well, just let the fluid soak in for a few minutes.

That would be Ronsonol lighter fluid, bUTTHOLIO.

My LPs were purchased from Tom/Boner back in the day. (post-tape & sharpie..ronsonol wasn't needed)   :)

I have the Neither Here Nor There (softcover), Houdini on vinyl, Interstellar Overdrive 10" (dunno how 'rare' that is though), I Like Porn (on clear black). Waiting on 2 x copies of Revolve in mint, never played condition this guy on Ebay had from his mailorder (he was clearing out backlogged stuff and I grabbed the 2 copies he had for like $10 a piece, although that's low-ish for this but wouldn't say cheap) and a copy of the HOF 7" (paid kinda top dollar for this, but I saw the CD by itself that comes with this on Ebay at $22 with like 2 days to go, so that alone justified for me what I paid for it - don't know what the CD ended up going for) that are coming in the mail.

I could go out today and grab a set of the HAT singles, but they aren't in great condition and I'm not really willing to pay what the store is asking for them. I know that if I'm patient I can get excellent/mint condition for a fair bit less.

I consider myself a completeist when it comes to Melvins, I want everything in every imaginable variation and am willing to pay more than what most people would, but not ridiculous prices. If I think about the amount of Melvins stuff I've passed on over the years, it makes me want to cry (only been seriously collecting for about 2 years). I'm also looking to complete sets for Boris and 625 Thrash (record label).

A few of my favorites I have:

The red dagger sweatshirt (maggot tour?)

Poster Set

"Real" signed Kozik prints of the front and back of Houdini.  I've not seen these for sale yet...  They are not the glossy promo 12x12 paper things you see on ebay.  They are about 25x25 and are really beautiful.   I have all the other kozik prints, a few being artist proofs.

2000 NYE shirt

Seems I can see into the future. Picked up three of the HAT 7"s while in Melbourne (day after seeing Iron Maiden!) in mint condition, 20% off! Stoked! Coulda got five of them, but two had the front cover cut short so there was an ugly white line across the top so I didn't get them. Also, the split w/ H.O.F. 7" + CD came today. Been a good week, only to be topped off tomorrow night by seeing Iron Maiden again.
